Terms and conditions of giving voluntary donations through credit cards to Centre for Bharateeya Dharmic and Cultural Studies Trust ( CBDCS)
1. Donations can be made through International Master/Cisa Cards or by Direct remittances favoring CBDCS Trust which is the legal entity, having exemption under Section 80(G) of the Income-Tax Act.
2. No refund of any donation can be demanded since the donations are voluntary.
3. Please note the details of the Trust and all the activities in our official website https://cbdcs.co.in 
4. Corpus donation may be made and will be accepted by the Trust through any mode either by direct remittance to the Bank Account or through cheques or demand drafts or by user of Credit Cards.
5. Terms and conditions of user of our website – if you chose to be user of the website, it can be subject to the following terms and conditions:

2. The exercise of the parties’ rights under a contract under these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.

10. Law and jurisdiction
1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law.
2. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
